ERIN'S Training Division has expertise in training in a wide spectrum of fields. ERIN can deliver a number of specialized courses depending on the customer's specific needs. Our associates in Europe and USA also participate where required.

Motivation and Attitudinal Change, Soft Skills on Human Relations at Work, Computer Operations, Telecom Energy, Food Processing, Environmental Engineering and Cleaner Production are some areas where ERIN has organised programmes.

ERIN trained 588 employees of urban local bodies (Years 2002, 2003) in Kundapur , Mangalore, Puttur, Udupi and Ullal, on a project funded by the Asian Development Bank through the Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation Ltd, Bangalore.

ERIN delivers executive training programmes in Computer operations, Web designing and Software Development. ERIN has worked  with KEONICS, the Karnataka State Govt owned Electronics Development Corporation.

ERIN worked along with KEONICS in training 340 staff from Government hospitals throughout the state of Karnataka (Year 2004).

ERIN has also imparted (Year 2004) soft skill training in association with KEONICS to around 1400 candidates from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families in coastal towns of Karnataka.
