Innovation, the latest buzzword was introduced in India by ERIN through Dr Deanna Berg who is an internationally known consultant, speaker and coach to business organisations. She is the President of Innovation Strategies International, USA, known for producing significant improvements for its clients and for unique approaches to the critical areas of change, innovation and organisational performance.

Dr Deanna Berg visited India on ERIN's invitation. She conducted workshops on Innovation at Bangalore and Dharwad during October 2001.

Dr Deanna Berg has initiated ERIN into innovation. To assist our clients to create new ideas, INNOVATION GARAGE was established in Bangalore on October 9, 2001 in the presence of distinguished journalist Mr V.N. Narayanan and Dr Deanna Berg.
